Swedish Customer Service Representative
Our dynamic and growing partner company is looking for candidates for Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representative position with hybrid working in Budapest.

Utilize your language skills and bring your customer-focused mindset, the company will take care of the rest! Part-timers, fresh grads and experienced professionals are welcome.


Responsibilities:

  • Be in contact with vendors and/or customers via chat and email, and occasionally phone
  • Solve the incoming questions and requests of customers
  • Cooperate with customers, vendors and internal teams
  • Contribute to maintaining and increasing the customer satisfaction level

Requirements:

Good language skills in Swedish-you would be confident to use it in your work

  • Intermediate English knowledge
  • Customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Customer-centred mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills and work in an international environment
