Portuguese-speaking Sales Support Specialist

We are looking for a Portuguese-speaking Sales Support Specialist for our worldwide-known multinational partner. The company provides a professional working environment to advance your career! Both fresh graduates and senior candidates are welcome for the position.
As a Sales Support Specialist, your main tasks are:

• Working closely with the Logistics and Sales departments,
• Proceeding the orders to the SAP system,
• Creating and monitoring deliveries,
• Holding contact with the partners,
• Updating the Client’s data.
• Making reports and performing ad hoc administrative tasks

You are the ideal candidate for the position if you have:

• University Degree,
• Good and effective communication skills,
• Intermediate level Portuguese and stable English language knowledge,
• Reliable and focused work attitude,
• Microsoft Excel skills.
