Customer Master Data Trainee - Spanish speaking

Feladatok:
- Customer Master Data and data allowing process efficiency
- Contract & Commercial conditions management
- Maintenance (create or update) of approved Gross Price List in the system
- Create Settlement Request for off-invoice contract and monitor the process of the credit note creation.
- Analyze customer claims related to master data and find the root cause of the error
Elvárások:
- Ongoing university studies (active student status in Hungary)
- Min. 30 hour availability/week
- At least 0.5-1 years’ experience in Customer service in contact with the customers
- Fluent English and Spanish language written and verbal
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise of MS Excel
Előnyt jelent:
- Knowledge of SAP
- Second European language is an advantage (preferably Portuguese)
