Key Account Manager
Direct Response is currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager for our award winning Call Centre services team. We provide award winning Call Centre services with many household names part of our impressive customer base.

The call centre Key Account Manager will be responsible for hitting personal targets based on identifying referrals, client development and cross selling and upselling on the current services being provided to established customers. You will be targeted on retention of the existing client base as well as growth target levels of £1.5K per month through cross selling and referrals. You will also heavily be involved with liaising on a continual basis ensuring satisfaction levels are exceptional and working closely with the team and clients to ensure that their needs are met. Previous experience working in the Call Centre industry would be beneficial but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities of Role:
•Assisting team with structured, constructive and proactive feedback from clients across the team.
•Proactively engaging the base to ensure that satisfaction levels are phenomenal.
•Effectively communicating with operations, sales and bureau to ensure the needs of the client are met.
•Conducting client visits to gauge training updates and communicate changes to the internal team.
•Responsibility for being internal point of contact for client queries.
•Hitting targets of £1.5k per month based on identifying cross-selling opportunities and referrals to be passed on to sales teams.

Key Skills:
•You must be an excellent communicator in both written and telephone roles.
•You will have good Computer Literacy.
•You must have at least 3-4 years' experience in account management and retention
•You will have past experience in business to business, face to face appointments.
•You must possess exceptional prioritisation skills.
•You will be great at building rapport with a wide variety of people
•You must be able to work to prescribed targets.
