Your new company
An Italian speaking IT support position is open at our multinational partner company, who is a multi-functional, multicultural, multi-language Shared Service Centre that handles wide transactions across various world regions.
Your new role
In this position your responsibilities will be providing first level technical support to the employees in basic IT related problems and questions (such as changing passwords, giving accesses, etc.). You will also be the first point of contact for end-users via phone and e-mail regarding such cases. You will have a chance to participate in ad-hoc projects as agreed with the Management team.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, it is essential to speak Italian and English fluently. Fresh graduates are also welcome!
