Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the supply chain team (7 employees)
- Support team performance with guidance and clear communication
- Monitor and ensure the precise execution of operational tasks
- Handle exceptions and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Maintain strong administrative control and documentation standards
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure service quality
- Report key performance indicators and propose process improvements
Requirements:
- At least a secondary degree (preferably in logistics or economics)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or supply chain management
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and team leadership abilities
- Highly accurate, organized, and administratively strong
- Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
