Business Intelligence & Reporting

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-level Power BI dashboards.
Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
Collaborate with business heads to define KPIs and reporting requirements.

Data Governance & Quality

Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
Oversee data warehousing initiatives (e.g., Snowflake), ensuring structured and accessible data for analysis.
Identify and resolve data quality issues, championing a culture of data integrity.

Team Leadership & Strategy

Mentor and lead a team of data analysts, fostering technical growth and business acumen.
Drive the adoption of modern data analytics tools and practices (e.g., predictive analytics, AI-driven insights).

Elvárások / Requirements

Proven experience in leading Data/BI teams in an enterprise environment.
Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Power BI (DAX, data modeling).
Experience with modern cloud data platforms, specifically Snowflake or Azure Data Factory.
Strong understanding of Data Governance principles.
Business language fluency in English.
