Business Intelligence & Reporting

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-level Power BI dashboards.
• Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate with business heads to define KPIs and reporting requirements.

Data Governance & Quality

• Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Oversee data warehousing initiatives (e.g., Snowflake), ensuring structured and accessible data for analysis.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, championing a culture of data integrity.

Team Leadership & Strategy

• Mentor and lead a team of data analysts, fostering technical growth and business acumen.
• Drive the adoption of modern data analytics tools and practices (e.g., predictive analytics, AI-driven insights).

Elvárások / Requirements

• Proven experience in leading Data/BI teams in an enterprise environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Power BI (DAX, data modeling).
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms, specifically Snowflake or Azure Data Factory.
• Strong understanding of Data Governance principles.
• Business language fluency in English.
