Senior Internal Recruiter

  • Lead E2E recruitment processes
  • Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract candidates with specialized engineering skills
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and offer expert recruitment guidance
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking efforts
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and provide informed recommendations to hiring managers
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve strategies

Elvárások / Requirements

  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on niche engineering skills
  • Experience in the industrial or advanced manufacturing sector
  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in sourcing strategies and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work onsite
  • Experience in recruiting for Finance roles would be a plus
  • Proven track record in an agency environment would be a plus
