
Senior Internal Recruiter
- Lead E2E recruitment processes
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract candidates with specialized engineering skills
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and offer expert recruitment guidance
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking efforts
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and provide informed recommendations to hiring managers
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve strategies
Elvárások / Requirements
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on niche engineering skills
- Experience in the industrial or advanced manufacturing sector
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes
- Proficiency in sourcing strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work onsite
- Experience in recruiting for Finance roles would be a plus
- Proven track record in an agency environment would be a plus
