Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level and hard-to-fill positions across multiple departments and locations

Act as a recruitment advisor to hiring managers: consult on job profiles, market conditions, and selection strategies

Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates

Create and optimize job advertisements to ensure market attractiveness, brand alignment, and competitiveness

Support employer branding initiatives: job fairs, digital campaigns, social media presence, and candidate engagement

Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process

Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development teams on workforce planning, onboarding quality, and internal mobility programs

Monitor recruitment data and KPIs, analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and optimize the hiring process

Stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition

Mentor and train junior recruiters or coordinators as the recruitment team grows

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, GDPR, and internal quality standards

Bachelor’s/College degree (preferably in HR, Business, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or related fields)

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, metrics, and sourcing platforms

Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in BPO, SSC, or fast-paced multinational settings

Good communication skills in English (at least B2 level)
