Feladatok / Tasks

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

  • Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract candidates with specialized engineering expertise.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and offer strategic recruitment guidance.

  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and ongoing networking efforts.

  • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and deliver well-founded recommendations to hiring teams.

  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

  • Keep up to date with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.




Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on engineering positions.

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.

  • Expertise in sourcing strategies and techniques.

  • Experience in the industrial or advanced manufacturing sector.

  • Proficiency in English and Hungarian reading, writing, and speaking.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work onsite at our location.
