Our Client is a general management consulting Firm.
Thanks to their constant expansion and development, we are now looking for a
Senior Staffing and Recruitment Coordinator
to their Budapest office to be responsible for the full life cycle of the assigned employees including recruiting, on-boarding, employee relations, local training and staffing.

The responsibilities of the new colleague will include:
- Overal recruitment process management of both core schools and lateral hires including managing related budget, maintaining relationships, negotiating with headhunters based on the profiles needed, organising and coordinating interviews and related communication
- Ensure the consultants' individual development needs and preferences are met by counseling, identifying development opportunities and implementation of regional staffing principles
- New hire integration into the company's processes, constant fnalyses on in-house satisfaction surveys and follow-up general "mood" at the office
- Handles and administrate all employee labour related issues including vacations, sick leave, international assignments etc. complying with local labour and tax regulations
- Career management process coordination

We are expecting applicants with the following background:
- College or university degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR field gained at multinational environment, with strong focus on recruitment and employee development
- Fluent and sophisticated English (and native Hungarian) both oral and written
- Up to date Labour law knowledge is a must
