Multilingual Helpdesk Analyst
Service Desk Analysts are required at our major global partner’s Shared Service Organization in Budapest. They are currently looking to hire 1st line analysts with various language knowledge.

The Service Desk Analyst’s main duty is to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through a service-oriented attitude. On a daily basis you will be tasked with the followings: handling service requests and incidents in a structured way through following a „best practice” process approach. As a part of a diverse, multicultural Service Desk team you will be a key player in direct contact with the customers of the company, having a major influence on business relations world-wide.

The successful applicant for the Service Desk position can speak one of the following languages fluently: French OR Italian OR Spanish OR Portuguese plus English on an intermediate level. Our partner is looking for confident and conscious candidates who are able to work in different teams and are willing to learn new processes continuously.
