Order Coordinator

These are your tasks:

• customer order creation and order management in ERP system
• keep in contact with relevant departments
• complaint handling
• making evaluation reports
• logistics activities in cooperation with colleagues at our mother company
• dealing with issues regarding to occurring wrong shipments

Who we are looking for:

• university degree or relevant professional experience
• fluent written and verbal language skills in German
• good written and verbal language skills in English
• strong communication skills
• proficiency in MS Office applications
• excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
