We are looking for a Research & Technology Trainee
Responsibilities:
- Conducting literature reviews in 2-3 topics of animal health, biotechnology and vaccine development
- Finding and selecting articles, extracting key information
- Data interpretation, comparing studies and technologies
- Preparing summaries and presentations
- Updating and improving databases
- Direct Report to Research & Technology Scientist
- Presenting to the international Research & Technology Team
Requirements:
- Ongoing education in Veterinary Science, Agricultural Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemical engineering, Medical Sciences, Pharmacy or similar fields
- Strong English knowledge both verbal and written
- Interest in deeply understanding industrial problems and finding solutions
- Self-motivation, prioritization skills
- Understanding of principles of biotechnology, including cell culture, molecular biology, bioanalytics
- Availability 15-25 h per week, on site in Budapest X. district
Advantages:
- Finished BSc degree, ongoing MSc studies or finished 3rd year of a 5-year degree
- Previous experience or knowledge with working in a laboratory with cell lines, molecular biology methods, bioanalytics
- Previous experience or knowledge with poultry viruses
