What’s is like to work in a call centre?

Everyone’s experince is different, but what we believe is that people who enjoy helping others and working with people, will find their place and a great sense of fulfillment.

How long is the recruitment process?

Timescales depend on the role applied for, but a member of the Talent Acquisition team will keep you updated throughout the process.

Do you provide training?

Of course. Every new employee will recieve training based on the skillset that is required for their position. Every position is different so is the lenght of the training. The training period is also paid.

What’s the salary?

The salary depends on the position, but also on what languages you speak.

What are the working hours?

There is no universal answer to the question. Working hours are different for each account.

I do not have any Hungarian official documents. Is it a problem?

No, it’s not a problem. Comming to a different country and start a new life is always hard. We will help you to arrange your Hungarian TAX and TAJ (health insurance) papers.
