Your new role
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of logistics specialists and ensuring the smooth execution of daily transportation processes. You will act as an escalation point, support partner onboarding, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The role combines operational involvement with strategic leadership and team development.
What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation or supply chain management
• FMCG or CPG background preferred, but strong transportation leadership is key
• Excellent English communication skills
• Proven people management experience and a collaborative leadership style
• Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally (e.g., Berlin or client visits)
• Open-minded, proactive, and a strong team fit
