Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

• 7–10 years of experience in a global organization, with a strong track record in strategic operations, project management, and organizational development.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and drive change in a matrix environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in change management and executive-level collaboration.
