Feladatok / Tasks

  • Manage an entire service area, including the service itself and line management of Team Leaders and Agents/Engineers.

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery as defined in Statements of Work (SOWs).

  • Oversee financial management related to the service.

  • Collaborate with the Business Relationship Manager to define and communicate service strategies and goals.

  • Set and monitor KPIs to ensure effective daily operations.

  • Implement training, reporting, and quality assurance processes across teams.

  • Represent the Managed Services Department to customers.

Elvárások: 
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience in BPO, customer service, or technical account management

  • Proven leadership and team management skills

  • Strong customer focus and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent English communication (written & spoken)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive
