Feladatok / Tasks

Manage an entire service area, including the service itself and line management of Team Leaders and Agents/Engineers.

Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery as defined in Statements of Work (SOWs).

Oversee financial management related to the service.

Collaborate with the Business Relationship Manager to define and communicate service strategies and goals.

Set and monitor KPIs to ensure effective daily operations.

Implement training, reporting, and quality assurance processes across teams.

Represent the Managed Services Department to customers.
