Feladatok / Tasks

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level and hard-to-fill positions across multiple departments and locations

  • Act as a recruitment advisor to hiring managers: consult on job profiles, market conditions, and selection strategies

  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates

  • Create and optimize job advertisements to ensure market attractiveness, brand alignment, and competitiveness

  • Support employer branding initiatives: job fairs, digital campaigns, social media presence, and candidate engagement

  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process

  • Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development teams on workforce planning, onboarding quality, and internal mobility programs

  • Monitor recruitment data and KPIs, analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and optimize the hiring process

  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition

  • Mentor and train junior recruiters or coordinators as the recruitment team grows

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, GDPR, and internal quality standards

Elvárások: 
  • Bachelor’s/College degree (preferably in HR, Business, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or related fields)

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, metrics, and sourcing platforms

  • Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in BPO, SSC, or fast-paced multinational settings

  • Good communication skills in English (at least B2 level)
