QUALITY ENGINEER

Requirements:

• You have a University degree in Engineering or Quality Management, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar field
• You're service minded with great interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hungarian
• You are familiar with ISO 9001 and other compliance standards, and have hands-on experience applying them.
• You have solid knowledge of 8D, LEAN, PDCA, and Six Sigma methodologies
• You are precise, analytical, and possess strong problem-solving skills
• You demonstrate a proactive, “can-do” attitude
• You're a dynamic, self-motivated individual who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, take initiative, and learn continuously. 
• You deeply believe that excellence can only be achieved via well defined and tightly controlled processes and those you are passionate about quality. 
• You see Quality Engineering as a strategic engine that drives real impact. 

What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of manufacturing and production quality processes, making sure standards are not just met but consistently exceeded
• Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with industrial and customer requirements
• Investigate non-conformities and customer complaints, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions
• Work closely with manufacturing and design teams to integrate quality into every stage of development and production
• Analyze data, identify trends, and propose impactful improvements
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce process variation, boost efficiency, and strengthen product reliability
• Manage quality documentation and ensure it remains accurate and up- to- date
• Prepare and share clear reports, metrics, and statistics on quality performance
• Play an active role in customer, supplier, and certification audits, ensuring corrective measures are implemented and followed through
