What You’ll Do:

• Define & Improve electronic manufacturing and electrical and mechanical assembly processes for low /medium volume high mix environment.
• Establish appropriate process control according to advanced quality system requirements.
• Establish and push for Lean based environment and potential automation.
• Drive the required Shop-Floor Control System improvements.
• Collaborate across internal teams, drive Problem Solving, understand complex products and its challenges.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and help position the company at the cutting edge.
• Contribute your voice and ideas in a transformative company culture.
