• Design & authority coordination
• Technical & procurement support
• Budget & schedule control
• Site & contractor management
• Reporting & documentation
• Handover to FM and tenants

What you'll need to succeed 

• Degree in civil or architectural engineering, or other relevant qualification
• Several years of leadership experience in general contracting and/or industrial real estate development
• Category B driving license
• Fluent in English and Hungarian
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel and work on-site
• International experience is an advantage
