Here you can work on large-scale investments as a Project Manager, with a highly skilled team in Budapest. 

• Lead and oversee the execution of construction projects from initiation to completion
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
• Prepare progress reports and provide updates to stakeholders
• Collect information of local contractors and subcontracting resources in other countries

Elvárások / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction
• Hungarian speaker with fluent English skills
• Familiar with Hungarian construction regulations and standards, strong understanding of Hungarian construction practices
• Relevant professional license (FMV) is required 
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Chinese language skill is a plus
