Portfolio Compliance Intern

Feladatok:

• Monitoring investment guideline compliance across both investment funds and client mandates
• Investigating and resolving pre-trade and post-trade investment guideline exceptions to ensure regulatory and client compliance
• Collaborating closely with portfolio managers and cross-functional teams to maintain portfolio compliance
• Performing manual testing to validate system functionality and compliance processes
• Identifying and reporting investment guideline coding issues while supporting their resolution
• Working with BlackRock's Aladdin platform and gaining experience with trading workflows and data management processes
• Investigating and troubleshooting system, data, and process-related issues as needed
• Contributing to process improvement and efficiency initiatives by identifying opportunities and recommending enhancements to systems and workflows

Elvárások:

• The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics or any related field
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
• Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
• Analytical mind and approach
• Dedicated approach to issue resolution
• Ability to recognize individual and team objectives and goals
• Ability to facilitate compromise between conflicting requirements or points of view

Munkaidő:

• Availability to work 30 hours per week according to agreed schedule
• Long-term development opportunity for a year
