PTP Trainee - Invoice Processing

FrieslandCampina is one of the sixth largest dairy companies across the globe. They produce and sell products such as dairy-based beverages, infant nutrition, cheese and desserts.

Feladatok:

• Scanning incoming invoices and supportive documentation for bookkeeping
• Checking, validating and managing the accounting tasks for the incoming invoices
• Handling internal and external email correspondence, answering inquiries as needed
• Document and file management, as well as archiving activities
• Perform clearings in the system
• Participation in lower complexity projects
• Ad hoc support of invoice controller colleagues

Elvárások:

• The position is open for applicants with active or passive university student status
• Fluency in English, both writtedn and spoken
• User level knowledge of MS Office applications (particularly Excel and Word)
• Precision, ability to work under pressure and attention to details
• Strong work ethics
• Flexibility

Munkaidő:

• Availability to work at least 25 hours/week
• 12-month development opportunity with the possibility of extension
