Mechanical Project Manager

Your new company 

Our partner is engaged in engineering activities and participates in the execution of large-scale projects. They are currently looking to expand their team as part of a project in Slovenia.

Your new role 

• Professional review of design documentation; verifying compliance with standards, client expectations, and contractual requirements
• Developing proposals and evaluating alternative technical solutions
• Providing professional support in tendering and procurement processes: verifying quantities, comparing bids, participating in negotiations
• Coordination of fit-out and shell & core scopes, resolving clashes
• Leading or supporting regular technical coordination meetings; active participation in discussions
• Responding to technical inquiries from the investor and designers; collecting requirements, preparing solution concepts
• Preparing analyses and documentation related to energy consumption, technical specifications, and cost estimations
• Conducting site inspections and supervising construction in accordance with relevant regulations

What you'll need to succeed 

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSc/MSc)
• At least 5 years of experience in complex building services (HVAC/MEP) projects
• Experience in reviewing design documentation and coordinating engineering disciplines
• Confident command of English
• On-site presence in Ljubljana
