Your new role
- review and assessment of plant equipment operation and maintenance practices; identification of weak points
- application of reliability‑based methodologies (RCM, predictive maintenance)
- failure analysis, root‑cause investigations, and development of improvement measures
- support for lifecycle decisions (refurbishment, replacement, modernization)
- optimization of maintenance costs, risks, and spare‑parts strategies
- advisory support for EAM/CMMS systems (e.g., SAP PM); creation of KPIs, dashboards, and reports
- ensuring compliance with industrial standards, safety expectations, and regulatory requirements
- leading workshops, trainings, and discussions with operational and management teams
What you'll need to succeed
- degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering
- 5+ years’ experience in maintenance, reliability, or plant operations
- industrial background (manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, chemical industry)
- knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques and reliability methodologies
- hands‑on experience with EAM/CMMS systems (preferably SAP PM)
- Experience in Industry 4.0 or IoT projects, Knowledge of ISO 55000
- Working proficiency in English
