Logistics Operations & Claims Intern

Feladatok:

• Investigating delivery issues and disputes
• Downloading invoices and delivery documents from the GSAP system
• Preparing and submitting claim forms with supporting evidence
• Communicating with carriers and warehouses to resolve disputes
• Closing dispute cases in the SURE system based on evidence
• Processing material movements (e.g., customs clearance, storage location updates)
• Submitting RTS forms for PSE (Return to Supplier process)

Elvárások:

• Active or passive student status (at least one year finished)
• Advanced English knowledge
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Precision and focus when delivering tasks
• Experience in extra-curricular activities

Munkaidő:

• Flexible working hours on weekdays (between 9:00 - 18:00)
• Availability to work at least 25 hours per week
