Logistics Intern with Spanish language knowledge

Feladatok:

  • Tracking stock movements
  • Recording and updating data in Excel with the transport department and partners
  • Managing and documenting inbound deliveries
  • Maintaining warehouse data (storage locations, inventory adjustments)
  • Closing disputes in the SURE system based on supporting evidence
  • Processing material movements (customs clearance, storage location changes)
  • Creating logistics claims in the DHL system (LOR)
  • Handling data transfer documents in SAP (iDocs)

Elvárások:

  • Active or passive student status (at least one year finished)
  • Advanced English knowledge
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Precision and focus when delivering tasks
  • Experience in extra-curricular activities

Munkaidő:

  • Flexible working hours on weekdays (between 9:00 - 18:00)
  • Availability to work at least 25 hours per week
