Your new role 

• Provision and operation of customer systems 24/7
• Upkeep, care, maintenance, and upgrades of current systems
• Analysis and removal of occurring problems
• Constant communication with involved units and partners
• Reporting
• Preparing and delivering presentations for clients, and introducing or teaching system functions to colleagues through internal training, if required

What you'll need to succeed 

• You have solid knowledge of Linux systems
• Oracle Database and Application Servers knowledge is an advantage.
• You have expertise in application containerisation.
• You have experience in IP networking, virtualisation, storage and backup systems, and server hardware.
• You would like to use your excellent English on a daily basis; good German is a plus.
• You work well under pressure and are a team player.
• You want to enjoy the benefits of a multi-shift work schedule (predictable and flexible shift plan).
• You know what ITIL means.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience –
  Must have!
• A Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
