Description:

  • Efficient and accurate handling of order entry, follow-up, inventory management, shipping-related tasks, and claims.

  • Professional handling of customer calls and complaints.

  • High-quality logging of case studies and calls with continuous updates.

  • Close collaboration with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams.


Requirements:

  • C1-level proficiency in English and French (both written and spoken),

  • At least 1 year customer service experience in a multinational environment,

  • Proficient in MS Office,

  • Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills,

  • Effective and quick problem-solving abilities.
