Our multinational partner company is looking for candidates for Finnish-speaking Customer Service Agent position with hybrid working setup in Budapest.
Responsibilities:
- Be in contact with customers via phone, chat and email
- Solve the incoming questions and requests of customers
- Cooperate with customers, vendors and internal teams
- Contribute to maintain and increase the customer satisfaction level
Requirements:
- Fluency in Finnish and English knowledge
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Customer-centred mindset and excellent communication skills
