Finnish-speaking Customer Service Agent

Our multinational partner company is looking for candidates for Finnish-speaking Customer Service Agent position with hybrid working setup in Budapest.
Responsibilities:

• Be in contact with customers via phone, chat and email
• Solve the incoming questions and requests of customers
• Cooperate with customers, vendors and internal teams
• Contribute to maintain and increase the customer satisfaction level

Requirements:

• Fluency in Finnish and English knowledge
• Customer service experience is an advantage
• Customer-centred mindset and excellent communication skills
