Finance & Supply Chain Coordinator

Handling and coordinating orders in an automotive manufacturing environment
Maintaining close cooperation with Mercedes (OEM) partners and internal stakeholders
Planning material requirements based on short- and long-term forecasts
Ensuring continuous material availability in line with the customer’s production plan
Coordinating all product deliveries to the customer site
Managing inventory levels and preventing the build-up of obsolete materials
Handling material shortages and coordinating new material introductions
Analyzing monthly material consumption and cost per unit trends (actual vs. planned, per model)
Supporting customer billing and invoicing processes
Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives related to material usage
Preparing reports using BI tools

Elvárások / Requirements

Degree or vocational qualification (OKJ) in finance, controlling, economics, or a related field
Fluent English is essential (direct manager is non-Hungarian)
Experience or knowledge in planning and scheduling (MRP / SAP / EDI systems are an advantage)
High level of computer literacy (Excel, BI tools)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
German language skills are an advantage
