Head of Finance

We are looking for an executive who represents strategic financial leadership and hands-on execution, ensuring reliable reporting, disciplined financial management, and meaningful business support.

Feladatok / Tasks

• Full accountability for financial management, controlling, and management reporting

• Delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with executive-level commentary

• Leadership, performance management, and development of the finance team

• Cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital optimization

• Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes

• Continuous enhancement of finance processes, controls, and governance standards

• End-to-end financial ownership of costing methodologies and pricing models, margin validation and commercial profitability analysis

• Key role in ERP implementation and finance systems transformation
