For our multinational IT outsourcing partner we are looking for a
Dutch speaking Service Desk Agent
Description:
- Address and troubleshoot IT-related issues for clients, serving as the initial point of contact (Level 1 IT support).
- Manage user inquiries via various channels, including phone, email, and support tools.
- Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of all issues and maintain records in the ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate Level 2 teams for further assistance.
- Keep users updated on the status of their requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Focus on maintaining and enhancing the overall customer satisfaction throughout the support process.
Requirements:
- Advanced or native Dutch language skills,
- Confident English language skills,
- Good communication skills – both written and spoken,
- IT background is not necessary, training is provided.
