Dispute Analyst Intern

Feladatok:

• Sort, review, and route incoming customer and internal queries to the appropriate DSM team member.
• Monitor shared mailboxes and ensure requests are properly categorized and tracked.
• Support the handling of ad hoc customer claims and dispute requests.
• Perform approved correction activities in relevant systems following documented procedures and guidance from DSM analysts.
• Assist with updating dispute trackers, logs, and case management records.
• Prepare and maintain ad hoc reports, KPI trackers, and data analyses for the DSM team.

Elvárások:

• Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 6 more months. 
• English and Hungarian knowledge on a high level both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn.
• Strong time management and organization skills.

Munkaidő:

• Be able to invest at least 20 working hours per week according to agreed schedule.
