Customer Service Intern

Feladatok:

• Execute day-to-day Customer service-related operational tasks to meet and exceed Customer expectations (calls, emails and Livechat)
• Consistently achieving established process performance indicators and adhering to applicable service level agreements
• Leverage a deep understanding of end-to-end processes and systems specific to the role to deliver accurate and efficient service
• Interact with external and internal Customers in a professional, empathetic, and efficient manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly
• Provide first- and second-line customer support via phone, email, and other written communication channels
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers and stakeholders in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
• Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day customer support operations

Elvárások:

• Ongoing studies and active university student status for at least 6 more months 
• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree - already completed your first year at university
• Fluent English knowledge both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of customers’ needs / behaviours
• Excellent written/oral communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
• Strong time management and organisation skills
• Highly motivated
• Strong problem solving skills
