Feladat:

The Customer Service Intern will support the customer support team by assisting with daily inquiries, helping troubleshoot basic issues, and ensuring a
positive customer experience. This role involves responding to customer emails or calls, documenting cases, and collaborating with senior team members to
resolve problems efficiently. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail‑oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent service.

Your Key Deliverables:

  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
  • Document customer interactions and update case records accurately.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary.
  • Support the team in improving customer service processes and tools.
  • Participate in training sessions to build product and communication knowledge.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and solutions‑oriented attitude at all times.

Feltétel:

  • Valid full-time active student certificate or passive legal student certificate (in this case we can only accept applications from students under 25)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) AND Italian (B2)
  • required (B2)
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS office
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Strong communication skills and able to handle complexity
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
