Pozíció leírása / Job description

  • Lead and develop a team of 10–15 (Senior) Accountants delivering AR services across Europe
  • Manage day-to-day operations, plan team capacity, and ensure smooth workload distribution
  • Actively participate in the transition of AR processes to Hungary and support the post-go-live phase
  • Drive process improvements and take part in key projects, including automation and optimization
  • Monitor performance, ensure compliance with service levels, and support month-end closings
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and provide excellent customer service
  • Create a motivating team environment, coach team members, and lead by example

Elvárások / Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
  • 2+ years in a leadership role, with a focus on team development and performance
  • Strong knowledge of AR processes, with experience in process improvements
  • Comfortable with SAP FI and Microsoft Office
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage change in a dynamic SSC environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a drive for quality and efficiency
