  • Lead and grow a team of (Senior) Accountants delivering high-quality AP services across Europe
  • Manage day-to-day operations, plan team capacity, and drive ongoing improvements
  • Take an active role in transitioning finance processes to Hungary and ensuring smooth post-go-live operations
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure service excellence
  • Support with month-end closings and help resolve operational issues
  • Coach and develop your team while fostering a collaborative, motivating work environment

Elvárások / Requirements

  • College/University degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years in Accounting (especially AP), plus at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Experience with SAP (FI/MM), Microsoft Office, and finance transitions
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Great communication skills, a hands-on attitude, and enthusiasm for building something new
  • Experience in process optimization and automation is a strong advantage
