Our Global asset manager partner, who is establishing its new business service center in Budapest is hiring a Listed Trade Operations Team Lead. Their purpose is to help clients define and achieve superior financial outcomes through differentiated insights, disciplined investment approaches, and exceptional service.
Your new role
You’ll be the key point of contact for investment teams, custodians, accounting partners, and technology stakeholders — ensuring high‑quality data and smooth end‑to‑end processes.What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of reconciliation specialists
- Oversee timely and accurate reconciliation across equities, fixed income & derivatives
- Resolve rec breaks with internal teams and external partners
- Strengthen controls and support regulatory/audit activities
- Partner with Operations Leadership to enhance processes and operating models
- Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and operational projects
- Build strong cross‑functional relationships and manage escalations
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong background in Investment Accounting/Reconciliation
- Experience with TriResolve or similar reconciliation tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven team leadership experience in financial services or asset management
- Solid understanding of operational risk & control frameworks
- Experience improving reconciliation processes and reducing risk
- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
