 Sales Assistant

Country:    Hungary (+36) • Budapest

Description of position:    Our multinational partner is looking for a talented Sales Assistant with sales/marketing background to strengthen their team.

Duties:    •Provide assistance to the Sales Manager

•General support of the sales administrative tasks, primarily on the basis of the Sales Manager's request.

•Support the Sales Manager daily work, in the communication with the customers, ensure support in the preparation of bids, the provision of product information, etc.

•Full support for customers overall sales processes

•Prepare background analyses and reports for promotions and other activities,

•Following the purchase order from the customers

•Manage customer's request and complaints

•Co-operate with purchasing, finance and marketing departments

•Prepare sales reports and statistics, forecasts, weekly, monthly or other basis is required.

•To maintain and keep up to date Customer master data (contracts and agreements, general and administrative actions)

•Support in preparation of prices

•Managing administrative tasks related to Customer inventories, assortment, product launch

•Participation in the development of marketing tools to support, the organization and coordination of marketing activities with customers, placements.

•Provide back office support for the small number team of sales and marketing department

•Other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager

Requirements, skills:    •College/University degree

•Excellent English language both written and spoken (+German is advantage)

•Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (especially Excel: functions, multiple data sort, filter, pivot table)

•Proven track record in sales/marketing

•Experience in co-operation with customers

•Customer-focused attitude

•Outstanding communication and problem solving skills

•Ability to manage a process from its beginning to its end

•Strong time management & prioritization skills

•Reliable, precise personality with analytical skills

•Can work independently

•Data research skills

•Minimum 1-2 years of experience in this field and 1 year experience in the field of FMCG

Personal Competencies:

•Proactive, responsible and reliable

•High motivational level, positive attitude

•Exceptional administration and organization skills

•Adequate user skills & knowledge of Microsoft packages

Known languages:    Excellent English language both written and spoken (+German is advantage)
