Programme Office Manager - London
Our programme teams deliver a variety of projects around the world. These range from office refurbishments and major construction projects to replacing global IT systems and implementing critical security measures. We have two roles, one based at our Hanslope Park Site and one in King Charles Street, London. In either role you'll ensure our project management standards are embedded and maintained across every programme.
As a key member of the programme team, you'll make sure all projects follow best practice and conform to reporting standards, timescales and governance - including escalation of any non compliance. This will involve working with programme and project managers to produce consolidated programme level plans and maintaining a high-level portfolio plan and delivery tracker. You'll also be the central contact for producing all programme level management information (MI) reports, including financial and resource reporting for the portfolio, and MI packs for customers. You will be seen as the local expert in project management standards, applications and tools - providing advice, guidance and support to the programme team.
You'll be a project delivery specialist with experience of supporting high performance teams and influencing senior project managers in their decision-making. With knowledge of the governance of programme and project management and delivery, you'll need extensive reporting experience, including Red, Amber, Green (RAG) status against KPIs. The ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and customers alike will be critical. Most of all, you'll demonstrate commercial awareness in how you apply your experience and knowledge to every project, taking risk and resources into account. You will use your experience to actively promote delivery excellence.
