The Role:

Duties will include but not restricted to:

- Identify key processes from order to receipt in the customer experience lifecycle.
- Prioritise and focus on main processes
- Facilitate Process Mapping workshops and define what needs doing in what order with cross functional teams.
- Document 'as is' and 'to be' processes with inputs and outputs using best practice methods and templates.
- Completion of all related document / forms / scripts.
- Action any system changed via IT.
- Write training material for managers and process owners to implement.
- Progressively build up a comprehensive business wide set of fit for purpose business processes, then regularly review and update.
What We Are Looking For:

The successful candidate must have extensive Customer facing and distribution experience. You will be proficient in process mapping and document of Customer Service & Operational Processes.


- Proven experience at operating in process improvement analyst role.
- Clear understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma
- Happy facilitating cross functional workshops using 'brown paper' type exercises.
- Must be analytical with strong numerical skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to challenge the status quo
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the business
- Ability to train and articulate complex process, with support of cross function process owners to the process users.
- Good communication skills both written and orally
