•£28,603 - £36,548 a year on a 6 month fixed term contract

We receive 36m enquiries per year and we are looking to significantly improve the experience our members receive. The Enquiries Programme is being sponsored and led by the Customer Experience Division and is key to helping us continually improve the way in which we interact with our members. This role supports the project team and is a great way to get a broad exposure across Nationwide and deliver something that will really make a difference to our customers.

We are recruiting a number of different roles onto the Programme. These will be secondments and fixed term contracts whilst we review in parallel our long term requirement for a continuous improvement team.
Who we're looking for
You'll need to have:
•Minimum 5 years' experience in administration or project support roles.
•Good attention to detail and organisational skills
•Proactive individual willing to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in
•Microsoft Office (inc. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
•Experience of EPM desirable but not essential.
What you'll be doing
You'll contribute to the delivery of the Customer Enquiries Programme by supporting the Programme Manager with core programme management activities. You will also be responsible for supporting Project/Change Managers with ad-hoc activities. The PMO Analyst will liaise with Subject Matter Experts and Senior Management across Nationwide. The ability to work as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced programme environment is essential.
Main duties will include:
•Work Planning
•RAID (Risk, Action, Issue, Dependency) Management
•Resource Management
•Change Control Management
•Programme-level Status Reporting
•Stakeholder Management
•Meeting Secretariat (e.g. arranging meetings, preparing materials, taking minutes, chasing actions etc)
