Quality System Manager

Job Responsibilities
Operational Management
Translate quality objectives into annual work plans
Organize and supervise all quality activities, including internal audits, management reviews, and routine supervision, ensuring implementation as planned

Internal Audit Management
Plan and lead the full internal audit process
Review internal audit reports and ensure effective corrective actions for non-conformities

Document Control and Continuous Improvement
Supervise the implementation of document control and record management procedures
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and track corrective actions until full closure

External Audit Coordination
Act as the main coordinator for external audits
Be responsible for full-process coordination, corrective action follow-up, and reporting

Team Development
Guide, train, and evaluate quality engineers to enhance team capability

Records Management
Responsible for the daily collection, organization, coding, archiving, storage, and retrieval of all company quality records

Requirements

• Basic understanding of complete vehicle systems; familiarity with overseas vehicle certification processes is preferred
• Experience in drafting system documents for ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 17025, ISO 17020, and ISO 17021, with the ability to write in English and understand international regulatory requirements
• English proficiency as a working language, with strong spoken and written communication skills
• Willingness to be stationed in Hungary for long-term work

Core Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Quality in establishing and maintaining ISO 17020 and ISO 17021 systems
• Ensure internal operations comply with system requirements
• Manage and archive quality system documentation

Salary range: 750k-1.5 million HUF
