In this role, you will be responsible for, among other things:
- Working closely with the Area Manager to support sales and KPI growth.
- Developing monthly plans based on efficiency targets.
- Ensuring outstanding operations: cash handling, time tracking, absence management, inventory-related workflows, compliance with health and safety regulations, and store maintenance.
- Monitoring budget and financial performance.
- Ensuring smooth daily operations: merchandise handling, inventory management, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the store.
- Supporting your team's well-being and engagement: regular one-on-one conversations, building honest relationships, celebrating joint successes, identifying development opportunities, and shared learning.

- At least 3 years of experience in a retail Store Manager position.
- Strong interpersonal skills: communication, leadership, motivation, coaching, relationship building, inspiration.
- Experience in knowledge sharing and developing others.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
