In this role, you will be responsible for, among other things:

• Working closely with the Area Manager to support sales and KPI growth.
• Developing monthly plans based on efficiency targets.
• Ensuring outstanding operations: cash handling, time tracking, absence management, inventory-related workflows, compliance with health and safety regulations, and store maintenance.
• Monitoring budget and financial performance.
• Ensuring smooth daily operations: merchandise handling, inventory management, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the store.
• Supporting your team's well-being and engagement: regular one-on-one conversations, building honest relationships, celebrating joint successes, identifying development opportunities, and shared learning.

• At least 3 years of experience in a retail Store Manager position.
• Strong interpersonal skills: communication, leadership, motivation, coaching, relationship building, inspiration.
• Experience in knowledge sharing and developing others.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
