Our partner is a global company offering complete industrial packaging solutions. The company is a leading provider of packaging solutions for Telecom, Energy, Vehicle and Aerospace industries. Packaging solutions are not the only thing we offer to our partners, since beside logistics cost reduction, we pay attention to be environmentally conscious (recycling, returnable packaging).

Hunting Style Business Developer

The tasks of our new colleague will include acquiring new deals as well as the exploration of the further needs of our already existing customers. The sales representative will be supported by our designer group and the professional management of our manufacturing plant in the process of developing packaging solutions.

Responsibilities:

• HUNTING: Actively searching, contacting new partners
• Exploration of needs, developing packaging solutions, making quotes, making contracts
• Taking care of already existing customers, introducing them to new possibilities and solutions
• Collaboration with the customer service, procurement, designer and manufacturing team

At our company the sales contracts are the results of observing deeply and in details the needs of the customer, which should be an interesting challenge for the ideal candidate. This means that we close the process of sales after talking with different colleagues and leaders of several departments at our existing and prospective partners.

Requirements:

Our aim is to hire a business developer whose passion is sales. The ideal candidate is motivated by his own successes and committed to develop together with his partners.

• At least 5 years of experience gained in B2B sales, with medium and large production companies
• Be proactive to anticipate customer needs, project opportunities, and potential problems
• Confident use of MS Office
• Advanced English language skills
• Driving license B is a must

Means advantage in the selection:

• Higher education (packaging technologist)
• Work experiences in project management
• Knowledge of packaging solutions
