Tasks & Involvements:

• Providing high quality and personalized treatments and service
• Following hotel protocols and participate on trainings
• Promoting treatments and recommending products and services
• Maintaining detailed records of massages, treatments, and therapies performed
• Consulting guests' medical conditions and allergies before providing spa services, and communicating with guests during massages to adjust massage techniques as required
• Resolving guest complaints and reporting any accidents to the supervisor
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, changing treatment room sheets, and sterilizing all instruments and equipment before each use
• Explaining massages, treatments, and therapies to guests and providing suitable recommendations as needed
• Ensuring that the spa is adequately stocked with spa supplies

The Ideal Candidate:

• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
• Professional qualification is a must
• Proficient command of English
• ESPA certification and previous hotel experience is an advantage
• High level of guest service skills
• Professional self & corporate representation
